As an experienced Atlassian expert, Xenia has been deeply immersed in the Atlassian ecosystem since 2016. She started her career as a Process Manager within a DevOps team, where she focused on user stories, user testing, and training as a power user of Jira and Confluence. Over time, she took on the role of Product Owner for the Atlassian tools and became responsible for 8,500 users within her business unit.
Her passion for knowledge management and the power of collective intelligence ultimately led Xenia to Swarmit. There, she supports clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and energy sectors in digitizing and implementing processes using the Atlassian tool suite. Her expertise and her ability to simplify complex matters make her a valuable partner for organizations seeking efficiency and innovation.
