Her background as an IT business analyst has led her to work oncomplex projects in regulated environments, where active listening, functionalaccuracy, and rigorous documentation are key.
She currently works on Atlassian projects involving Jira (Softwareand Service Management) and Confluence, with a particular focus on requirementsanalysis, documentation structure, implementation, and project follow-upincluding functional testing phases (Xray).
